How to Get and Use the Flower Key in Baldur 's Gate 3

To snag the Flowery Key in Baldur's Gate 3, we've got to head over to the crypts of the Open Hand Temple. You can find this temple chilling out at coordinates X -22, Y: -3 on the west side of Rivington. Once you're there, have a chat with Sister Yannis to kickstart the "Solve the Open Hand Temple Murders" quest. Next up, make your way to the crypts by using the Ornate Wood Hatch located in the temple's kitchen. And guess what? If you take a closer look at the key, it'll point you straight to Fraygo's Flophouse.

Now, where do we bust out this Flower Key? Before hitting up Fraygo's Flophouse, swing by the Sharess' Caress brothel, shown on the map above, and have a chat with Mamzell Amira. Opt for the dialogue that inquires about the Stern Librarian. Mamzell Amira will spill the beans that Ffion Goldgrind has gone AWOL and could use a hand finding her. Boom! Cue the "Find the 'Stern Librarian' Ffion" quest.

Once you're done jawing with Mamzell Amira, hightail it to Fraygo's Flophouse, hanging out across from the brothel at coordinates X: -9, Y: 86. When you get there, hoof it up the stairs to the second floor, then veer right and climb up that ladder. You'll find the ladder at coordinates X: -12, Y: 87.

Inside the attic, you'll spot a locked wardrobe tucked away at coordinates X: -17, Y: 82. Whip out that Flowery Key and unlock that bad boy. Inside awaits a secret room once used by the Cult of Bhaal.

But hold up, don't forget to snoop around these two spots:

• Temple Plans: Chillaxing on the table.
• Blood Stains: Lurking next to the bed.

Digging into each spot will push forward both quests, setting you up to spill the beans to Inspector Valeria and Mamzell Amira back at the Sharess' Caress brothel. Find Inspector Valeria chilling on the first floor and spill the beans. He'll send you off to Devella, hook you up with a pass to the fortress, and grant access to the Lower City. Plus, he'll stamp the "Solve the Open Hand Temple Murders" quest as donezo.

But before you jet off to the Lower City, circle back and catch up with Mamzell Amira. Share what you found out about Ffion Goldgrind and ask for some coin. She'll let you pick one of the Drow twins for a little sleepover action as a thank-you gift. The "Finding the 'Stern Librarian' Ffion" quest will get checked off, and you can bid adieu to The Flower Key in Baldur's Gate 3.
