Embarking from the Royal Moongazing Grounds site of grace, adventurers must venture westward, then southwest along the precarious cliff's edge. Near this perilous precipice lies a precious Cerulean Scarab. To reach Pidia's haven, leap down to the roof of the eastern building, navigating wooden ramps with care until reaching a ladder that descends to her chamber.

Upon meeting Pidia, adventurers unlock access to her diverse array of wares. Among these treasures lies the coveted Ripple Blade, available for purchase at the modest price of 3,500 runes.
